Payment:
Making it Digital accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard, Pay Pal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Personal Check will be shipped after 10 days of receipt of payment to allow time for your check to clear.

Returns:
Please contact us by email or by phone at (360) 630-4344 to arrange a return. Customer must have prior authorization before returning merchandise for refund. Acceptance of merchandise is final only after inspection. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped within 10 days of receipt. They must be returned packaged as received in the original packing materials. Making it Digital is not responsible for return transportation and insurance charges. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on approved returns in unopened boxes. We will not refund shipping charges.

Defective Merchandise:
All products are 100% guaranteed against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If your merchandise is defective upon receipt, please return to us for a replacement. "If you're not happy, We're not happy" is our motto. Let us have the opportunity to make you happy. Please return defective merchandise within 10 days so we can get it right.

Closeouts:
Closeouts are great buys and prices are reduced, but all closeout tools are absolutely nonreturnable and no credits will be given on closeouts.

Special Orders:
We can make just about anything you want. depending on graphics, special order item can take up to 14 days to complete.
